Training are on the following days :
- Monday, from 19:00 to 20:30 at the St Stanislas institute’s gym.
- Wednesday, from 20:30 to 22:00 at the Dojo du Cinquantenaire.

Club subscription are either 70€ per quarter or 200€ per year. Students can benefit from a discount price of 140€.
Practitioners must also subscribe to the club insurance of 20€ per year. The courses are given all year long!
